Can I change my order once I submit it?

While we cannot retroactively add items to your order once payment has been captured, we are able to make the following adjustments:

  • Remove an item from your order, and issue a refund for the item
  • Adjust shipping/billing addresses
  • Adjust color/size of item

However, once we have processed and shipped your order, changes cannot be made.

SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Because of the large influx of orders we've received recently due to the popularity of the Animal Planet show, as well as delays in production due to COVID-19, please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process and ship your order. 

Once my order is shipped, how long will it take to get to me?

While USPS has been experiencing delays due to COVID-19, most domestic orders take 3-7 days to arrive once they are shipped.

Unfortunately, international orders have been experiencing more severe delays, with shipping taking up to one month.

Can I track my order?

Once USPS has your package, an email will be sent to the address that you ordered with, which will include tracking information.
